Hi all, I'm new around here.


I had my son Brady 3 months ago and after 12 weeks of Maternity Leave, I am now back at my 2nd week of work.

Wow, I think watching 2 other kids will keep you busy. Your day might be more exhausted then if you worked.

I'm sensing that you are not a morning person. :) Personally, I prefer mornings to afternoon workouts. Evening workouts do not work at all for me- I am wired for 2 hours afterwards.

Do you have children? If so, the busiest time of the day is from after work until they go to bed.
