Hi all, I'm new around here.

I had my son Brady 3 months ago and after 12 weeks of Maternity Leave, I am now back at my 2nd week of work.

Is that what happened to me? At age 45, I now have to run 4 miles a day/6 days a week to maintain my weight, whereas it used to be only 3 miles when I was in my 30s and early 40s. And when I was in my 20s, I had to eat about 4000 calories a day just to stay alive. Guess I'll be training for a marathon when I hit 50.

I have to work out whether I need, want or desire to exercise.

It was really great thanks for asking -- it was a bittersweet weekend because we had finally buried my mom the day before but I think going off to Holy Cross for the rest of the weekend was good for me!

Walking and pushing Samantha in her stroller up and down the massive hills around here several times a week is definitely enough of a sustained cardio workout to keep my heart and other systems healthy. I've been slacking on my walking lately, but I still manage to walk at least 7-9 miles a week.

We had a speaker at our retreat who had to dash back to Worcester after only an hour with us -- reminded me of your weekend plans :)
