Sorry but I have never understood the insanity of getting up at ungodly hours of the morning to do workouts. I know people who do this, and they lose sleep and get more stressed out. To me, its not worth it. I'd rather save workouts for the evenings or for weekends. Fatigue and tiredness can cause weight gain and do more damage than missing a few workouts. "

I totally disagree. I will gladly go to bed by 9.30 p.m. if I need to get up at 5.30 a.m. to run. I prefer 7-8 hours sleep, and I prefer to work out daily. I need to fit my workout in, so I plan accordingly with sleep schedules, etc. I don't lose sleep, I am not stressed out.
You can't get healthy working out on Saturday's only. You have to fit it into your routine, like brushing your teeth;)

I'm the same way. I don't know how some women do it. What you describe, get up early, get the baby/kids ready, go to work til evening, do dinner/baths etc and start it all the next day. When you SAH, you work too, but it's different, you're in charge, go at your own pace, and you're in your own home. Sounds like drudgery. Good for you for making the life you want for yourself.

I love feminism. It means that women get to choose what life they lead. And if they choose to be a SAHM, that's fine by me!

And I don't believe someone has to go into a gym in order to get fit. People can get fit by doing yardwork, gardening, walking outdoors or in the mall, etc. Its not totally necessary to go to a gym to get fit. I go to a rec center once a month, I wear
