I get a headstart from being across the pond.

1. Fall is here, looking back, what was your favorite summer outfit this year? Post a pic if you can.

2. Do you have a favorite winter jacket, coat or sweater that you are looking forward to wearing?

3. Where will you be for Thanksgiving, and with whom?

Probably the attached shirt. I wore it a bunch of times this summer and actually have it on today. It goes with a ton of things.

Hmmmm....haven't thought about it as I don't like bundling up. lol.

3. Where will you be for Thanksgiving, and with whom?

Probably the same as every other year, having dinner with just the 4 of us and my sister and family will come over for dessert.

1.  I bought a short, flowy skirt that was lime green and navy blue.  Wore is with a lime green cami, blue cover up, yellow flip flops and a pretty bead necklace.

2.  Not really.

3.  Not sure yet, our plans this year are kind of up in the air.  We will most likely end up at mil's house though.

That's pretty, Thardy. I love lace and am glad it's back in style this year.

1. Fall is here, looking back, what was your favorite summer outfit this year? Post a pic if you can. -- Oh, I don't know if I had a favoriate summer outfit.  And I certainly don't have a pic of it.

2. Do you have a favorite winter jacket, coat or sweater that you are looking forward to wearing? -- Not that I can think of.

3. Where will you be for Thanksgiving, and with whom? -- I'm assuming my mom and siblings, but we've not made any plans yet.

My fave this summer (not me in pic!):

2. Do you have a favorite winter jacket, coat or sweater that you are looking forward to wearing?

I have an old navy sweater with a zipper and ruffles.  I only wear it 5 times a year, but I love it, goes with everything jeans and dress.

3. Where will you be for Thanksgiving, and with whom?

Oh, it's much too early to panic.  It will probably be here or at siblings, but to keep it fun, no one decides until the last minute.

"I fit into it OK now in terms of size but she was about 5'8 and I am just over 5'2. I am also not sure about the color on me." ---------- I am so sorry about your friend. I have a coat I inherited from my grandma, a very elegant, black evening coat. I am glad to have it as a reminder of her. First of all, find someone to hem it as needed, but I think green ought to look really good on you.

Both jackets are nice, Roll. I especially like the black one. I have a new-to-me winter coat this year that is very elegant and dressy but it is kind of sad because it originally belonged to a friend of mine who died last summer. She was a beautiful natural redhead who had bought this deep green coat at the end of last winter on sale. It looked stunning on her but she only got to wear it a few times. She told her husband before she died to give it to be because she knew I'd be able to fit into it come winter (it is a smaller size than I have worn for awhile). I fit into it OK now in terms of size but she was about 5'8 and I am just over 5'2. I am also not sure about the color on me.

"No, I don't like Winter and I'm not looking forward to any of it." -------- It is easier here, because we do not have snow and ice, just much cooler weather really. It can get sort of unpleasantly windy and cold sometimes, but almost never gets below freezing. It is similar to the climate somewhere like San Francisco.

" I bought a blank and white tweed trumpet skirt that I am having fun with." -------- That sounds very nice.

"except for one year when the IL's took us to a restaurant. They want to do that this year unless they are out of town." ---------- Sounds like a deal to me.
