I get a headstart from being across the pond.

1. Fall is here, looking back, what was your favorite summer outfit this year? Post a pic if you can.

2. Do you have a favorite winter jacket, coat or sweater that you are looking forward to wearing?

3. Where will you be for Thanksgiving, and with whom?

" It's also totally different when you know kids/people playing I think." -------- Eh! If you like and understand sports, then I am sure that is true. If you don't, it is equally incomprehensible and boring in either scenario. Like I can never figure out why they don't hit the ball in baseball, and why people consider that a good thing. Stuff like that.

I should have said, ime.  As for baseball...it depends on the situation, it's almost like a game of chess to me, there are so many details, so many things that have to go right...it's a game of inches and very complex.

1. Don't really have a favorite summer outfit, but I pretty much lived in tank tops and shorts.

2. I live in New England and we have nasty winters. I like autumn, but it would be great if we got spring immediately afterwards. I can't think of any outfits that make me look forward to cold weather.

3. We will be here for Thanksgiving. My daughter says she may be bringing friends home from college, so we'll see. We may also have my recently widowed mom, but my brothers, who live near her, say they'll take care of her. It depends on what she wants to do.

When they took us out for dinner last time I told DH afterwards that I didn't want to do that again.  I missed having the leftovers.   I tihnk the one that I missed the most was stuffing, because it is a rare treat.  But now that it is just DH and I we do not need all of those leftovers,  in fact I send most of them home with the DDs.
