(Totally OT, not SAH/WOH related, so feel free to not respond)
I went out with 5 other women to dinner last night.

It's a drive-in fast food burger place. However, even though they are fast-food, it is all made when you order, not pre-made sitting under lights stuff.
Their tator tots ROCKS. As do their onion rings. Their burgers are good too. Corn dogs are awesome.
Sonic's company headquarters are in OKC (55 miles from me) and the first ever Sonic restaurant is here in Stillwater ... just about a mile from my office.

Their marketing plan and policy is to only locate in micropolitan or semi-rural areas. I doubt you'll get one, although you might be able to find one in your region (you're in San diego aren't you?)
There's one in El Centro and Anaheim. And across the border in Yuma.
"Why would you want to eat someplace that is full of arrogant, snobby, pricks?"
Because the food is fabulous?

Crap. Why did I think you were in SD???? My brain is starting to fade ....
There are definitely Sonics in the "region." Go to some of the outskirty areas, and you'll find one. When i lived in VA Beach I used to have to go to suffolk to find a Sonic. They've now got them in Norfolk and Va Beach, but in the "ruralish" areas.

I have never worked in a resturaunt where the staff was arogant or snobby, a few of course. My has worked at high end places and the customers are so snobby and arrogant. A group of gals i golf with expect water and lemons and sugar, so they do not have to pay for lemonaide.
I would smack there face. LOL! I like the more casual dinning, however, it is fun to go out to eat in high end places. :)
