The year is just flying by, can't believe it is almost June already.

1. Do you have many celebrations in the month of June?

2. What one alcoholic drink (if you can pick just one) do you enjoy in the summer?

3. At a BBQ, which one would you rather have, a hot dog or hamburger?

Yeah ... a reception or party isn't typically an all-day thing.

Many of my friends have specialities they make, especially for my football party. Many times I have just catered from a local Italian restaurant as it was cheaper than making everything and my time is always limited. </strong></div></div></div></div></div>

Why make so much if you know your friends are going to bring a ton of food and drink?

Yes..but you put out fresh food, and replinsh from the stock in the kitchen based on the number of people you are serving.  We served over a 100 people this past weekend, we didn't put it all out at once, lol.  Haven't you ever been to a large event where food is brought out fresh on a routine basis?

I guess that all depends as I have been to receptions and parties that lasted a lot longer than 2 hours. My own wedding reception was 5 hours lol.

I know this must be shocking to you to hear but....people have different experiences than you do and that's okay.  Really.

That is just how I am. I enjoy having parties and want to make a bunch of different things and provide all different types of drinks.

Especially when I had already said that the casseroles had been kept in the oven to keep warm ...
