The year is just flying by, can't believe it is almost June already.

1. Do you have many celebrations in the month of June?

2. What one alcoholic drink (if you can pick just one) do you enjoy in the summer?

3. At a BBQ, which one would you rather have, a hot dog or hamburger?

Yea, well now you get it. Sav and I had to explain multiple times because you couldn't seem to grasp that food was replinished from the fridge and oven over the course of the event. I'm glad you finally understand this concept.

Really, they had a 16th birthday party. I'm not sure why that is shocking to you, ime many boys have 16th birthday parties.

Nice. As I said before, IME it usually girls who have parties. I have seen some boys on My Super Sweet Sixteen but they liked that type of party.

Apparently you have quite the reputation for hosting parties with inadequate supplies of food and drink. How sad that is.

Did you miss the post saying I always make more than enough food and have enough drinks? Enough to give out at the end of the party and have leftovers. My friends are very generous and we always have so much at every party and bbq. We all live to eat and drink :)

I doubt your parties run out of anything. I mean seriously, Photos don't lie. Lol.

mmmm, fruit salad. I made the simplest salad for John and DIL's wedding reception (watermelon, blueberries, strawberries and grapes). It got RAVE reviews and ever since I've been asked to bring it to numerous other occasions. As much as I love apples in fruit salad, I'm always too lazy to peel/chop and add enough citrus to keep them from browning.

It's always about money and things to you, do you ever wonder why that is?

....and yet this all started because you couldn't grasp how sides at a bbq could be a meal for me.

Yep, it depends on where you live, who you are and who you know. I've heard of grad parties, even sweet 16 parties costing upwards of twenty thousand.

Oh, I wondered when you'd be pointing out the nearest rabbit hole.

1. You couldn't understand why I would pay for a party that I hosted.

2. Your guests where you are hosts feel the need to bring "tons of food and drink".
