Unlike yourself ah ha I enjoy dept stores and like their customer service. I have no need to go search out a rl store when I am at my mall as often for other things.

Great!

You implied it:
<.

This statement, read with common English definitions and context, implies that since bord has only shopped at macy's once for towels, she cannot be familiar with the RL brand, which logically leads to the conclusion that RL brand can only be purchased at macy's.

I buy organic more for wider environmental reasons than just my and my family's health. The pesticides used on conventional produce concern me more at the farm level-- most conventional farms use so many pesticides and fertilizers on their farms that the environment is being rapidly destroyed. I can peel/wash a lot of conventional produce so my exposure is minimal, but I can't take back the effect on the soil and water.

I was speaking of marketing as more than everyday shopping too. I didn't imply you didn't have experience. I presumed - correctly - that you do not have a degree in marketing. I said nothign about experience.

I've bought a couple of name brand items over the years that have turned out to be not very high quality. The items look worn after one season, or the zippers break, or the buttons fall off. I think I need to look into LL Bean. I bought my winter coat from Land's End last winter, and I love it!

I bought all the kids coats and backpacks at LLBean and/or LandsEnd, they lasted forever!
