The difference between running shoes and fashion shoes is huge, though. In order to get a pair of running shoes that won't wreck your feet, you pretty much have to spend money, especially if you are logging some serious miles. So the $80 your DH pays is worth it, even though it's a lot. I found out the hard way that cheap running shoes are no bargain!

The good news about my messed up feet is that I now only have to buy new running shoes every 6 months, because I just can't run as many miles anymore....

Ugg boots are a different story. You're actually paying a lot of money for something that is very bad for your feet. They have no arch support at all. Most honest shoe salespeople will discourage you from buying them for this reason.

Pineapple and mango are full fat around here. The pineapple kind is my favorite yogurt ever.

Do the pants sizes line up with the measurements on their size chart pretty well? Or do they build in a bunch of positive ease?

you've made it clear how you take advantage of llbean's unconditional guarantee, and i find returning something after 6 YEARS shoking.

I admit to being extremely impressed by the level of sanctimony and self-righteousness necessary to criticize another person for expecting a company with a 100% lifetime guarantee to live up to that guarantee.

Oh, it's okay. My glass house has a lifetime guarantee and the company is reputable.
