I think there are 3 camps when it comes to credit cards.

Those that should not be using them because they cannot control their spending and get themselves in trouble.

Those that use credit cards wisely for convience and benefits.

Those that see credit cards as evil.

Those who see credit cards as evil have trouble understanding that it is possible to use them wisely. Often (but not always) this is the case because they were a former member of the first camp who got themselves in trouble using them.

Uggs are a fashion statement or rather a label statement.

your argument is skewed, the complaint i've presented before about my hsuband's running shoes is not because they're not good shoes but rather about the money he was shelling out every three months, i can acknowledge that the money i paid for uggs was a lot too, there is no contradiction.

edited to remove last question, it doesn't matter.

My kids have multiple pairs of shoes, why is that important?

why should people who can afford the real thing brag about it? i don't think people who really are paying their kids' college tuitions are looking for credit cards to put the bill on, either, to each their own. knock offs don't impress me, but the irony about moral superiority continues, Lol!

The summary of a conversation last night about these types of boots was that BearPaws are the preferred choice for these types of boots when one doesn't care about the label.

We can also pay middle/high school tuition online with a credit card, all kinds of activites, camps, classes and so forth as well as our personal property taxes which fund the local public schools.
