Do you arrive for work, doctor appointments, social events, etc on time?  What events (if any) warrant being early for?  Is there anything you purposely show up late for?  Explain.

How about your kids?

There was this sign at my kids' former pediatric office that read, If you've waited more than 10 minutes please let us know.  It was a very good practice down to adequate scheduling.

My kid's dentist is like that too.

I don't know what you mean by that, please explain.

You don't know what casually late means?

The only thing I can think of that I'm deliberately early for is flights. Flying is such a circus nowadays that I like to get to the airport three hours before an international flight and around 90 minutes early for a domestic one. You never know what's going to happen at the airport.

Maybe it's a geographic thing.  Some don't get the concept of sticking around at birthday parties to help and converse with other moms either.

That is why I love my local, smaller airport. You only have to get there an hour before your flight (domestic) and there are barely any lines.

True. lol. I guess it is the type of things you attend too.

Jambles, why do you have to be so mean? Someone says they don't understand something, and instead of helping out, you throw out a snide comment that had nothing to do with the topic. Why do you have to be so mean?

We have a small local airport, too, but it's often quite a bit more expensive to fly out of there.

We used to joke about a relative that convenientally showed up late for family reunions all the time, Lol...
