Do you arrive for work, doctor appointments, social events, etc on time?  What events (if any) warrant being early for?  Is there anything you purposely show up late for?  Explain.

How about your kids?

DH was apparently a  bit of a bad boy in his youth.   When I first met his family and hometown friends after we married I heard a lot about how I had changed him.  No, he changed before me that is why we were together.

His brother was also a bad boy.  I tell ,my DD that the Uncle they know now is not the same Uncle that I met 30+ years ago.

Even with bad boys, and there were a few, I have never done the drama queen thing. I always found men to be far more emotional and needy than I was/am.

Some things you only want to talk about when you're among friends. Not everything is the public's business.

Bad boy? In what way?

I had myself a bad boy for a few years in the 1980s. It took six or seven years for the charm to wear off. Luckily I was too smart to marry him, and he did help me appreciate the nice, sensible, less flashy one I later married. I am not sure I would have had the sense to realize what a gem I've got when I was twenty.

Never did that but sounds very dramatic lol. I've hung up on my dh on a phone that you can slam down, not like the ones now that you push the button to turn it off. lol</span></strong></span></p>

Slam that phone.  That's a good one too!  Don't answer the phone.  Don't call when you're expected to call.  Ah, to be 20 again!

You've lived.  You just dated the wrong men.  The nice ones.
