2. What's the largest conference or similar event you've ever attended?

3. What's the next conference or similar event you have coming up?

3. What was the last live music event you attended?

4. What's the next live music event you have coming up?

1. What's the largest event you've ever planned/been-in-charge-of? -- The one I just finished.  202 research administrators from Oklahoma and Texas.  I had a *great* program committee and everything ran very smoothly.

2. What's the largest conference or similar event you've ever attended? -- My national conference each year has about 2400-2700 attendees.

3. What's the next conference or similar event you have coming up? -- My national conference. August in DC.

3. What was the last live music event you attended? -- The Possum Posse played at our conference on Tuesday. It was so much fun.

4. What's the next live music event you have coming up? -- A week from today. Styx, Foreigner and Don Felder with dh, The Kids and The Boyfriend. (and another family who also bought tickets - we'll meet up with them at the venue)

I didn't think to include my kids ... The Girl had her LAST EVER band concert last night. *sniff sniff*  It was momentous in many ways - The Girl and her friends are graduating, and one of their band directors (the woodwind instructor and middle/junior high band conductor) is retiring after 35 years -- 25 in this district.  That director also lost her husband to pancreatic cancer 2 weeks ago.

The Boy has his last concert of the school year on Tuesday.  He'll play at graduation too, but that's not really a concert.

1. What's the largest event you've ever planned/been-in-charge-of? Sit-down party for 65.

2. What's the largest conference or similar event you've ever attended? I have been to several large academic conferences in the past. Not sure how big they were though.

3. What's the next conference or similar event you have coming up? LOL, I don't, but dh is flying back from one as I type.

3. What was the last live music event you attended? Probably a free MTV concert featuring R.E.M. It was incredibly boring, and I like R.E.M.

4. What's the next live music event you have coming up? I don't usually go to live music events.

1. Never been in charge of any major event, unless we're going to scrape the bottom of the barrel with things like birthday and graduation parties.  I've been an integral part of planning our sewing machine geek fest in Lancaster every year for the past ...what .... 6?  8? years?  I'm not sure how long.  That's always fun :)

2. Largest conference would be the Original Sewing and Quilt Expo in Baltimore the past two years.  The next conference or similar event will be our sewing machine geek fest in June.

3.  Nothing really.  Concerts just don't do it for me.  Too loud and too crowded.  The closest I've gotten in recent memory is meeting my aunt and cousins at the Capitol for some of the summer holiday concerts held in DC.

4.  Nothing.  Again, they're too loud and crowded for my comfort.
