1. Did you do any shopping yesterday or today?

2. Do you have any leftovers? What is your favorite?

3. Do you have a budget for holiday gifts?

I did report him ... and he has stolen from others ... lots of others.  All which happened at the same time or after he stole from me, unfortunately. Which means that record didn't exist when I hired him.

My experience was rotten, you're right.

And you're right that many contractors don't need teh capital to start the job - but ime (yes, limited), they still require a down payment.

Oh no, I provided factual evidence to support my comments and if you think it has to do with the legal or HR department, I don't know where you are getting that I'm an expert in either one of those.

I admit that I brought up Turkey's first started thread in response to your continued slamming SavCal and praising Turkey's financial management skills.

You started it - I know, I probably should have let it go, but your hypocrisy bothered me and I have too much free time at work this week.  That will change shortly.

I'm familiar with smaller companies as wel and I find following the IRS regulations/laws to be pretty black and white but do understand that ymmv, as you mentioned earlier.

Well that has been done, multiple times but it would seem that those who like to bring up the distorted facts have no interest in hearing the truth, they would rather bring up incorrect information.  You really need to show that you want it cleared up and you haven't done that to date.

No, calling someoen a liar is not ugly...the lies are ugly.  It is a cop out to make things up all the time.
