People that wake up everyday to sunshine regardless of the actual weather, whose lives look peachy perfect b/c of their demeanor, whose energies and smiles motivate you or make you want to strangle them...

Or do you?

"But when you get wrongly accused of something then you step in and defend the dishonesty, it certainly does deserve to be refuted." ------- What on earth did anyone ever accuse you of?

Wow, snotty now - more attacks!  Is there anything you're appreiciative of in positions that are different than your own? I'd like to believe there's something you're grateful for given the time we all spend here.

Schools are closed so we're off to buy new ice skates and go to the ice skating rink with another gaggle of their friends! I am a saint. <img src="/forums/sites/all/libraries/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-wink.gif" alt="Wink" title="Wink" border="0" /> I guess I should instead just stay at home and teach my brood and their friends to be angry

No, that's the mom that has her kid in the better schools like your own thread was about, Lol.   Good luck shopping and I hope you find what you're looking for.

I've learned a lot here from people who hold positions different from my own. I've even changed my mind about things when people have presented views or ways of looking at things I hadn't ever considered.

That's nice, I really can't share the same sentiments. I've posted here a long time, my kids were babies and I remember the attacks from working moms about how bad SAH was, that a child's life is doomed b/c s/he'll be sheltered too much, My kids are closer to college than infancy now and I don't regret a thing, College is a just a new chapter in their lives while we continue debating parenting. I am grateful for friends, There are a handful of people I've met here that I am friends with on fb and I'm appreciative we've been able to look beyond our differences and connect there.

Well, I don't know how people wake up but I would say that in general many have the outward appearances of being quite happy but I think it's a truly rare life that never knows sorrow or sadness.

Hmm....and yet there are constant negative comments, from both of you, quite the contradiction to happiness.  I would think that if one was genuine about those happy feelings, they wouldn't come across so negative and bitter in their comments.

Really, better schools?  So much for letting things go...I suggest you read your posts and then look in the mirror, they are quite reflective of the author.
