People that wake up everyday to sunshine regardless of the actual weather, whose lives look peachy perfect b/c of their demeanor, whose energies and smiles motivate you or make you want to strangle them...

Or do you?

Then there's moms whose baby daddy's have abandoned them all together which is sad. You could stop making this about how much YOU collect but how c/s is managed in general.

I absolutely can not believe the nastiness and venom displayed on this thread. What in heaven's name has SavCal ever done to provoke this level of animosity? It really isn't healthy to be THIS invested in the sources of someone else's income, or her spending habits, to the point of working yourselves into a frenzy of accusing her of criminal activity? If your fairy tales frighten you so much, then stop making them up.

I said that CS covers a portion of the children's expenses, which is very different than saying a portion of CS covers the children's expenses.

Why would you lie like this? What indicates  savcal spends cs on other than her children except in your negative imagination?

It frightens me that only a portion of the CS goes to the children's expenses.  And the other portion goes....  I've heard of this happening and I highly doubt this is what the court nor the ex-DH intended.

Was he lying before the divorce and you were still married?  Or did he simply live out the truth of a new bride and groom happily wanting 2 children in their home?  Hm, I know which one I'm going with.

Did you read?  I said the exact same thing ~ despite his earning more like most people, the original order was never changed.  You just confirmed what I said. @@

Um, no there isn't.  And definitely not in the context you mistakenly used that nonsense term.
