I was reading about the Kansas City Secret Santa today and thought how much fun that would be. It made me start thinking what I would do if I had 40k to spare. So here are some questions.

1. If you had unlimited amounts of money, what type of Random Acts of Kindness would you do? At Christmas or otherwise.

I didn't get defensive. I am quite comfortable with how and what I give. But, I am also always looking for new ways to help others in my community. I loved the ideas and sentiments shared in this thread. I didn't get the impression that anyone thought is was a competeion. I'm sorry that you felt that way.

My dh just does the wrapping so I don't do much and the ones I do usually go in gift bags. lol!!

I know many moms who will finish up their daughter and daughter in-law's shower registry with the things they didn't get from guests who were invited to the shower. Shrug.

I buy wrapping paper at the dollar store. I usually get it for 88cents or a dollar, get the largest amount and buy 10 rolls at a time. We didn't need to buy any paper this year and I think we have 4 full rolls left for next year.
