I was reading about the Kansas City Secret Santa today and thought how much fun that would be. It made me start thinking what I would do if I had 40k to spare. So here are some questions.

1. If you had unlimited amounts of money, what type of Random Acts of Kindness would you do? At Christmas or otherwise.

2.

Yeah, after Christmas sales are great too for things like that.

The Boy got three books as presents. This week he kept going on and on about how he was sure the two presents from me were Wii games. They were books. all he's talked about for two days was the videogames he was sure he was getting. so, I was a little apprehensive about his reaction to the books today. He loved them. He not only got the two from me, but one from my mom as well. He's super excited!

Like you said, this is probably his first "real" Christmas in understanding what he got.

I think there are more important things in life to worry about than a 3 yr. old getting upset over getting a book for Christmas. Did you ever hear of "pick your battles"? That is not one of them I would be picking.

This is absolutely one of the battles I'd pick.
