Inspired by the pestering in the monster thread, What is a close relationship to you?  Is there any such thing as being too close?  Are you close to your spouse/so?  Your children?  Your parents?  Your friends?  Is there an ideal image of close..  If so what does that look like?

I know, Lots of questions...  Play or pass..

I don't know why you're disappointed. It's not exciting.

It's almost exactly like this one.

1. It's just a fridge. You can google pics of french door fridges.

2. It's not the same one. I got one in 2001 - it stayed in that house when I sold it.  Then the first rental I had had one. Then I bought a new one when I bought this house in 2007.

3. I dont' remember, as it was 7 years ago, but I think it had an energy guide sticker when we bought it, but it would have been removed when it was installed.

Cool, Can you post a pic of it?  I am curious what one looked like then compared to what they look like now...  Does it have a sticker like your hot water heater has too?

DDs are both connected on fb to their 6th grade teacher, her daughter is DD's age. At first I was leery of the connection but that diminished over the years, and the teacher has a t1d child so she's commented and liked a few of the posts related to the rally we walked in last Summer and that was nice. DD1 is connected to a student teacher she became close with the first quarter of this year too, She was incredibly inspired and motivated by that girl and they shared a lot of common interests like horseback riding.

That you couldn't simply answer the question, that you wanted me to define close in order to answer that question about your own sibling.

Which then makes it even more curious as to why she didn't simply answer yes, we are close.  Your comments don't seem to ring true given that molly needed my definition of close in order to answer the question, instead of simply answering yes.  Curious, don't you think?

Chiming back in to add that my daughter, a first year college student, is FB friends with several of her high school, middle school, and elementary teachers. They all have common interests (music, astronomy, biology, literature, and history). Some of them have attended her concerts or comment on her posts that relate to their areas of common interest. I think this is pretty normal, at least for teachers and students who came to know one another well.
