In an effort to make food in schools healthier, some school districts have actually banned cupcakes at school birthday celebrations.

Joy is the best for baking. I rarely cook actual food from it, but anything baked is usually from there. Chicken livers are awesome, btw.

I usually add garlic, a bit of olive oil, a cucumber, dill, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.

Sorry, yes probably. I think the Brits call it "squash" as opposed to "crush." Either way, orange soda (vile stuff).

Oh they are a problem no doubt. I suppose it's a fool's errand trying to suss out which is worse- hfcs or trans fats. In any case, it's clear that the best bet is just to cook it ourselves or pay the high prices for somebody else to actually cook it rather than "produce" it.

You seem to be well versed in biology and chemistry. What's your field? I'm a med tech.

um,at two (the time this girl started drinking from a sipper cup),this little girl was introduced to diet coke.
