In an effort to make food in schools healthier, some school districts have actually banned cupcakes at school birthday celebrations.

I see nothing wrong with the occasional Capri Sun, other than it making the kids hyper.

I agree that Weight Watchers is great for establishing healthy eating habits, but I think *most* people who join WW initially are there to lose weight.
