In an effort to make food in schools healthier, some school districts have actually banned cupcakes at school birthday celebrations.

I think her weight "problem" has to do with taking the charts too seriously.

Yep, basic proportions are 1/2C flour to 1/2C milk, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon baking powder, salt, sugar and other flavorings to taste and double or triple recipe as needed. I usually add rolled oats and walnuts as well, it makes the pancakes chewier and tastier.

No, I had an EPS procedure done and need to see the cardiologist twice a year. This has nothing to do with my hbp as I was just diagnosed in May with that and my eps was done in 2005.

No, it was not surgery, it was a procedure.

Why is it strange that I did not have to be overweight to lose weight? I am 5'6" and I weighed 150 pounds when I started doing ww in 2001.

And who says I did not learn anything about eating healthy? Within the last 2-3 weeks, I have been eating healthier as I don't feel comfortable in my clothes and have lost 5 pounds. I would like to lose another 10 pounds so I can fit into all my clothes.

30 lbs though? That's a lot for someone to lose but not consider herself to be overweight prior to losing that 30 lbs.

I had a professor who used an air horn every now and again.

But if you are within a health weight range, a few ab excersizes would fix that I think.
