In an effort to make food in schools healthier, some school districts have actually banned cupcakes at school birthday celebrations.

Where did you hear that? I know many people who have joined that were not overweight and just wanted to lose some weight. This is from their website:

AND....who said I ever went to the meetings? I never did. I had friends who went to the meeetings or ones who just joined, got all the books and slides and we did it together. The meetings are more for support and help to get through losing the weight. We had about 6 or 7 of us at work alone and I had friends doing it at the same time so we did weekly weigh ins and made ww foods to learn to eat healthier.

Actually, it doesn't. 240mL (8oz.) of Coca Cola has 27g of carbohydrates (sugars) and 200mL (a little less than 8oz.) of Capri Sun has 26g of sugars.
