In an effort to make food in schools healthier, some school districts have actually banned cupcakes at school birthday celebrations.

It greatly depends on bone structure and build. I've seen pictures of you, you look great. I'm 5'5", and if I get above 135 I *look* overweight, even if I'm not.

I included maintaining and losing. Exercise helps people lose weight -- regardless of age. And it helps people maintain an ideal weight -- regardless of age.

I will say that at 5'5", I would look really huge at 150. I think it has more to do with my bone structure than anything. I am small boned. 125 is my preferred weight.
