In an effort to make food in schools healthier, some school districts have actually banned cupcakes at school birthday celebrations.

I'm 5'5". I shrunk about an inch over a few years. I didn't see that article, but in light of this discussion, I am interested. My usual weight(until I broke my foot in the Spring) is 125. I haven't been exercising regularly, hence I put on a few pounds. I have clearance to start full exercise now, so I got to get motivated!

That was rude. Condescending and ignorant, too, since Katie has explained the situation 5 ways from Sunday in this thread already, and your simplistic, insulting fault finding of a woman you've never even met before about a child you've never seen before has already been ruled out.
