Wow!
Not really.
Being overweight is not a requirement for joining WW, lol!
See, I'm 5'2.5" and 114 is WAY too skinny for me.
Sure, I realize that. But I'm not 'underweight' when I'm at my normal weight of around 115 or so. I'm very fit, but I'm also not skinny. My entire family is light. My sister is 5ft and weighs 90 pounds or so; my mom is probably 5ft 6 and I'd say she's about my weight -- maybe a bit lighter.
I eat very well, don't diet, and that's just my weight. I've never had a Dr tell me to gain weight. Until I got pregnant with my twins;)
Yep body type is definetly the key. I'm sort of long limbed, very small but/ waist normally (not at hte moment: ) ) and while I have boobs, I'm broader shouldered than hipped. Its all about body type.
My normal weight's always been between 115-120. When I was BFng my twins I got down below that and freaked out -- had to drink shakes daily, and work really hard to keep the weight on.
I kinda pine for that at the moment -- as I'm up to 155 but then again I'm 33 weeks pregnant so its all good!
All baby? I would like to say yes but I've also packed it on on the rear end, and legs.
My DD asked me if the baby was "in my but" the other day;) Gotta love 4 year old honesty!
