I looked through past threads to see if this had already been done but didn't find anything. I know some link to websites via their iVillage profile, but thought this would be handy.

Did Logan have plagiocephaly? Was his head misshapen from that big boy's stay in your tiny uterus? LOL. Or was it caused by sleeping on his back?

We were very close to getting a DOC band for Griffin. At 4 months, his head was like a pancake in the back. It's still a little flat, but his hair really covers it.

How long did Logan have to wear his?

I love your Web site.

Yup, he did - his head was as flat as flat can be. He had a mild case of torticollis, so it flattened after he was born. Because of the RSV, he had to sleep in his bouncy seat for a while to keep his head elevated, and that made it worse. We did some physical therapy as well as the helmet.

He wore it for about 3 months, 23 hours a day, and his head is just a little bit flat on one side in the back. You can't tell unless you catch it at just the right angle.

TM--Just here to bug you (again, as I think I did this to you a year ago.) Uhmm, where is that new picture with your WHOLE family? I am thinking your poor little boy is going to get a complex when he learns later in life that he was not properly represented on your website... imagine the therapy he'll need!!

Suzy (who has no website to speak of, and certainly no decent family picture that includes her two youngest children)

LOL! I'm still waiting to lose that 10 pounds before we have pics made again...if it's any consolation, there IS a picture of the whole family on Logan's page...does that count?

DH and I were just talking about this - kind of - last night. I was looking at one of those cute little growth charts that you can hang on the wall and make notes on/add photos or artwork too etc... I mentioned that we have never done that for any of the children. He said that I SHOULD do it for #3 because she gets the short end of the stick here, no pics, hand me down clothes from friends, hand me down toys (trust me, the child gets plenty "new")...

Of course when he asked me what I did just because she was around, I did get to answer "Quit my job" ;-)

I love being able to put a face with the names, great idea. I've been tossing around possibly doing a page, I have Soooooo many travel photos (we travel a lot with the kids, so if anyone has any questions on travel with kids, just ask me). One question, we have a digital camera, which is still in the box from last year! Is it possible to have regular photos converted to digital for a website? Maybe I'll do it if I can use my existing pics.

If you have a scanner (or access to one & can email them to your home computer) you can just scan them in and clip the files into a website. Or if you have the negatives you can bring them to most photo outlets and they'll put them on cd or disk.

In fact, we are contemplating taking a trip with our dd , but are a bit anxious. We've "traveled" with her but those trips have been to relatives who've had things like diapers, formula, the boppy there for us when we arrived.

We're thinking about going to Hawaii (none of us have been) in the fall some time. Our dd will be a little over a year old, probably will still be on the bottle at least part of the time, not potty trained obviously, and can get really fussy with change in the environment.

Any advice?
