1. Do you celebrate Easter?

2. If so, what is on your menu (or the menu of where you are going)?

3. If so, how much do you usually spend on an Easter Baskets for the kids? (asking because I keep reading how Easter is turning into Christmas with kids asking for high priced items)

4. Are you working on Good Friday?

i have a friend back home whose kids spring break always coincides with easter, too.

They do egg hunts at school? How do the non-Christian or non-Wiccans feel about it?

after reading the couple remraks about gift giving i just wanted to add that to me, easter is not like christmas in the way of giftgiving.

Those who observe Good Friday or celebrate Easter might think the meaning is the same, but for those who don't, it's a day off from school and nothing else.


Our children are off for spring break this week, but spring break is always the first week of April, so it's not planned around Good Friday or Easter.
