1.  Lately a couple times a month, but most of that has been that the seafood from my usual place hasn't looked as good and I'm too lazy to drive to the Chinese market that has really great seafood.

2. I like salmon, cod, shrimp, mussels, and scallops.

3. Generally, I'm pretty mundane in my seafood prep.  I really like that shrimp/spinach in a cream lemon sauce that I've made a couple times lately, but I"m too lazy  to write down the directions right now :D

Don't I wish!  Alas(ka), we won't be doing any long or expensive trips for a while.

1.  I try to eat fish 3 times a week,  DH is not a big fan so I serve it one night for dinner and then have it for lunch the other two times.

2. Do not like seafood, only fish.  Cod is my favorite.

3. Not really,

1.  How often do you eat fish or seafood? Probably 3-4 times.

2.  What are your favorite kinds of fish or seafood? Grilled sardines, cod, salmon, mussels, sushi, raw fish marinated in various ways.

3.  Do you have any favorite fish or seafood recipes? I really like making a thick stew with potato, tomato, onion, garlic, parsley and saffron in fish stock, then top it with the filets of the fish (having used the bones etc for the stock). I also like risotto with saffron, leeks and seafood, like shrimp and/or chunks of salmon filet.

1.  About twice a week.   Fish for dinner, and usually one day a week I get sushi for lunch.

2.  Lobster, crab, shrimp, most fish.   Not fond of catfish.

3.  I like broiled salmon with just a little sea salt and dill.   Swordfish I usually marinate in a mixture of soy sauce and sherry for a couple of hours before broiling.   We have shrimp and grits a couple of times a month.

Amazing, it must taste amazing so fresh!  I love wild salmon, trout is my second favorite and fresh caught if possible, although I haven't been trout fishing in decades.

I grew up with Friday fish frys too, when I livedi in the midwest.  Not through any churches, my dad and his friends caught fish in the lakes nearby.  I remember mostly eating bluegills that are mostly bones!
