I roasted a pumpkin today, too.
Well, I just cut mine in half, scooped out the seeds and seed pulp and then roasted them in the oven at 350 for an hour.

After I roast it, I put mine in the blender or just mash with the potato masher, and freeze it in 2 cup batches.

Besides just the liquid factor in a recipe, doesn't your recipe become *watered down* by the undrained pumpkin?
All done with the closets :)
I have my own closet now, cleaned out my son's closet , cleaned out toy box, moved things around in drawers to have more room for sheets and blankets in his armoire, 4 piles, keep in his room, put in basement, big brother and garbage. Put dh and ds's shoes in his closet.
