1) How much do you spend a month for your cell phone? What type of phone is it?

2) If your children have their own cell phone, how much is it a month?

If you're still getting winded doing very low key things like just standing in the kitchen cooking, get to a doctor on Monday, first thing. That is a classic symptom of pneumonia and it's classic with or without any other pneumonia symptoms.

Also, and hopefully you don't feel well enough to even think about it, bu NO EXERCISE...not until you're seen. If it's pneumonia, your oxygen saturation levels are down (which is why you get winded easily and are tired--your body is starving for oxygen, so it's putting you in sleep mode to conserve the oxygen you're getting). Exercise would be a very bad thing right now. Which is why I said I hope you feel too bad for it--not that I hope you feel bad, if that makes sense.

Honestly, based on your symptoms, I'd feel a lot better if you'd go to urgent care first thing this morning, but you know way better than I do how you're feeling. However, if you don't feel improved by Monday you need to be seen. On Monday.

Pneumonia can be really sneaky at first and come up subtley--where you think, well it's not sooo bad, I'm just a little tired and a little winded. But if you let it go, it CAN go bad and very suddenly. But it can also clear out--I'm not trying to scare you. Just be mindful of how you're feeling and if you are sleepy then SLEEP. And no workouts until you can cook without needing to rest.

Feel better soon.

ETA. If the headache remains and you start running a high fever, get to the ER. No matter when that happens.

Yeah, I haven't gone to the gym since Monday. It must be some virus going around as I have heard from a few people (even someone who lives far away from me) with the exact same symptoms.
