I also work with non-verbal and I find those groups incredibly fascinating, My BIL is non-verbal so it's personal too. There is potential there and they are deserving of services, Sadly they suffer b/c of cuts.

Why do you suppose they are cutting these programs? Is it, as you implied earlier, so that classrooms can be mroe inclusive?
