So why don't you think that other people's artwork has memories? Why go on and on about how anyone can have the same artwork? Why go on and on about how artwork can't be special because they don't have the memories that photos do?

This makes no sense....you can have artwork and photos and they can have memories and be special, but other people can't because it's "cold". Quite the double standard, yet again. I think it comes down to that photos are more easily purchased, duplicated and cost less than artwork.

Nope. I have other artwork that was affordable. I like to have personal photo's around my home. That is what IS my life, my family and friends.

At my daycare and elementary school, the kids do artwork and then they will sell them in different ways. Frame them, on mugs, t-shirts, pot holders, etc. My dd is very artistic and I bought one framed and her art teacher was so impressed that she wanted to purchase something with her art work on it. I insisted to buy it for her though. I have purchased magnets with both of their artwork on them also through the years.

Very few.

Yes, I don't go and print out all my photo's like I used to before digital. If I want one here and there I will do that. I do not send them to anyone though, those are for me. I will email my photo's to family and friends and some have the printers at home to print out the photo's for themselves.

Lucky for me, my older parents were not too strict or "old fashioned".
