1. What are you currently reading? I just started "The Help."

2. How often do you find time to read? Rarely. After the kids are in bed I get a little time in, but I'm usually too tired to absorb what I'm reading, and I find myself reading the same few pages over & over.

3. Are you bi/tri-lingual? No. I speak some Spanish but I wouldn't call myself fluent.

4. Have you ever been arrested? No.

Shaking my head at the things grown women get their panties in a wad about.

1. What are you currently reading?  The Bastard of Istanbul - I don't recall the author.

2. How often do you find time to read?  I try to read every night but often end up falling asleep on my book unless it's incredibly engrossing.

3. Are you bi/tri-lingual?  Not bi or trilingual - I used to be able to speak conversational Italian and Spanish, but since it's been a while since I regularly conversed in either language, mostly now I'm better at reading and writing both languages.

4. Have you ever been arrested?  No

Really?  How flattering!  I feel like all I've been reading/listening to lately is fluffy romances.  But several of my favorite authors are coming out with good books soon.  My MIL bought the new Kate Atkinson book, and she's going to pass it on to me when she's done with it.  I can't wait.

1. What are you currently reading?

Nothing at the moment. I read in spurts and usually do it right before bed. I am usually more involved with spending time with friends and family though :)

2. How often do you find time to read?

Not much but I guess if I could cut out my IRL relationships, I could find more time. Shrug.

3. Are you bi/tri-lingual?

Took 3 years of Spanish and a year of French. But still, no.

4. Have you ever been arrested?

Nope

"

What are you currently reading?

"Is it Just Me?" by Bristish comedienne Miranda Hart (Of "Call the Midwife" Fame) in paperback, and also the late Maeve Bnichy's last book on my ipad

2. How often do you find time to read? Every. Damn. Day.

3. Are you bi/tri-lingual? I am fluent in sign language if that counts

4. Have you ever been arrested? Hell no. "

1 - I didn't know you knew sign language. My HS BFF's daughter - who was my student worker for 2+ years - is pursuing interpreting as a career.  She's about to take her certification exam and already interprets for a lot of OSU events.   Uber cool.

2 - did  I know Maeve Binchy had died? Awww man, think I need to read some more of her stuff in her honor.

1. What are you currently reading? -- I haven't had much time for reading lately. I was on a real roll in Feb and March, but have been way too busy lately.  I'm in the middle of some mystery novel, but don't remember the name and my Kindle is in the other room.

2. How often do you find time to read? - ha! See #1.  So far in 2013 I've read 15 books.

3. Are you bi/tri-lingual? -- Nope. I can speak a bit of spanish.  but not much.

4. Have you ever been arrested? -- Nope.  I've been in a police car twice - once when I was about 7, following a bad wreck. The officer drove us home.  Then in 2008 when I went on a ride-along with one of our local police officers. That was such a fun experience. i want to do it again.

"When I got out of DLI, I scored a 3/3 (verbal and reading/writing). I'd be happy to score a 1 in either Czech or German at this point ;)" -------- LOL, I know what you mean. I have noticed that to work for the feds, whether state department, intelligence or army, they usually ask for a 3/3. At this point, that is probably about where my Danish is :( I use an English-Danish dictionary when I have to write papers for school @@ It is pretty sad. However, looking at the scale, my reading ability in both French and German is still around a 3, I think. I can't speak either for anything, but I can read pretty well and follow simple TV programs etc. My Greek is probably about a 2/2.
