There is no course I read Lean In for thardy.. But that's an interesting idea! My friend works at Colgate U and she met Sandberg in person when she gave a talk there, She gave me her book. It really is a good book if you have the chance to read it.

Sounds like a solid plan to present to any parole board.

1. I am just about finished up with Ten Years Later by Hoda Kotb.  Tomorrow I plan on starting Team of Rivals by Doris Kearns Goodwin.

2,  Finding time to read is not an issue, as an emptynester I have a lot of free time.  Taking advantage of that free time is the issue.

3,  No.  I know a bit of Japanese and Turkey when I lived in those countries but mainly just what I needed for getting around and shopping but I have forgotten most of it.   Know a bit of Spanish,  both from taking it in school and from living in Texas.

4. no

That is so cool you're fluent in sign language bea, I didn't know that.  I took an ASL course last Summer, I know the alphabet and I can sign "the giving tree"! (our final was to sign a children's book that the teacher video-recorded too, Can you say stage fright? Lol!)  I have a friend whose deaf, Her ds and my ds are buddies, She encouraged me to take that course and I needed it to satisfy a foreign language requirement.

1. The Bottom Billion, by Paul Collier

2. Not nearly as much time as I'd like. This semester, I've been limited to reading for school. I have a massive to-read list as soon as I am freed up.

3. No. I've taken enough German to order a beer and find a toilet though. I could probably even manage to get a plate full of wienerschnitzel if I had to.
