1. When it is humid, does your hair go flat or frizz up?

2. Coke or Pepsi?

3. What color shoes would you wear with a little black dress to a wedding? (I have an idea of what I am going to wear but looking for more suggestions)

You'll have to ask at the wedding you go to this weekend. :)  I had said earlier that guests at my cousin's wedding wore a lot of the same royal blue that the bridal party wore and I do wonder if that's some new trend.  Get back with me if you find out....

Yeah I am not sure why you would be concerned over the color scheme of the wedding and what you wear. Unless you plan to wear a bridesmaid dress to the wedding (that could possibly by some ODD chance be the SAME dress as the bridesmaids are wearing), I don't understand the need not to wear the same color.

As bord already pointed out, brides typically talk a lot about it, showers represent the colors, invitations, and yes... if I don't know (or can't figure it out using my super cool problem solving skillz) I will ask what the colors are.

Why? Why would you need to know that to just attend the wedding?

...................................."I would never think to ask to coordinate my outfit to the wedding." you know people who have done that? Yikes.

No and that is why I said that. Why do you need to know the colors of the wedding then?

Maybe it's just a regional thing, but here the shower colors are almost always the wedding colors.

Sometimes they are but not always and I still don't think I would coordinate my outfit according to the bridesmaid dresses. I doubt my outift would ever look like I was trying to be an extra bridesmaid. lol. There are MILLIONS of dresses out there and I would think it would be a LONG shot that the dress you pick is the same one as the bridesmaids are wearing. lol.

We are definitely moving into a new era of weddings. It used to be my friends...now it's their kids!

Now granted my "wedding every other weekend days" are long over but it never occurred to me to ask what the colors were, nor did I have a problem wearing black...but I don't think New England weddings are as big a deal as they are in the south or midwest maybe?
