Did I really just type a February date???? Wow.
SUN: Roast chicken with garlic and black pepper, focaccia bread, sauteed mushrooms, roasted carrots
MON: chicken breasts stuffed with pepperoni and provolone, couscous, zucchini
TUES: spicy tomato ravioli soup
WED: Creamy mushroom fettucini, green beans
THURS: Cheesy potato soup
FRI: Buffalo chicken and bleu sandwiches, salad
SAT: Pesto chicken pasta with artichoke hearts, kalamatas and roasted red peppers
I somehow planned too many meals and also have pork chops with apricot/mustard sauce on my list too. But, if we get snowed in on Tuesday like they are predicting, then we may end up eating more meals at home than usual.
