Meal plan for the week of 3/3:

MON: grilled cheese with bacon, butternut squash soup, zucchini

TUES: chicken with 40 cloves of garlic, couscous, zucchini

WED: greek chicken, olive tapenade, tzitzki, pita bread

THURS: shrimp and apple curry with golden raisins, rice

FRI: mushroom tortellini, sherry cream sauce, veggie

Nothing too exciting this week:

Sunday-we had Italian Sausage, Whacky Mac and Breaded, Baked Asparagus

Tonight-hot dogs, baked fries and baked beans

Rest of the week--pasta with meat sauce, chicken, steak, meatloaf or hamburgers, pork chops and sides

Sunday:  Pot roast with carrots, celery and peas over boiled potatoes.

Monday:  Pot roast turned into stew with either crusty bread or dumplings, haven't decided.

Tuesday:  Baked cod, roasted baby succhini, brown rice

Wednesday:  Pulled pork on whole wheat buns with a homemade cabbage slaw, roasted potato wedges

That is as far as I have planned at the moment.
