As long as we skip the fire storms of October, I'm good.

What a fun thread!

I am in a roasting mood lately. I have a small turkey breast in the slow-cooker today and a beef roast in the freezer for later this week.

I'd like to have a fresh fruit and cheese plate one night this week as it's grape harvest week and honeycrisp apples finally made their appearance at the grocery store.

Dh decided he's making Thai Basil Chicken tomorrow, so we'll probably have Scrambled eggs bread and cheese on Wednesday.

I think as long as you are eating a varied diet over the course of a week, two orange foods in one meal is not going to make all that much of a difference.

I would never serve corn with pork (or chicken) and potatoes...too white, lol.
