Haven't done this here in a while, but since we're busy today I will.

Can you share the cube steak milanese recipe?

oooh! No. I RARELY (almost never) bread chicken.

But, even if I did coat with panko or something, it wouldn't take them any longer to cook.

Intersting. While it looks good, looks like it is traditionally made with pork; we don't do pork sausage much anymore. Wish the site had the nutritional info on it ...

I use panko instead of regular bread crumbs. And I usually do it with buffalo instead of beef ...

I never said my sauce is so "special"-lol!!

I actually have "stolen" it (it was given to me) from a friend who was born and raised in Italy.

Yes, just like the link I posted.

I think the preparation is part of why it takes longer.

To me that would be just plain chicken, not chicken cutlets.

In American cuisine a cutlet is most famously made using chicken. The cutlet is usually run through flour, egg and bread crumbs, then fried in a pan with some oil. Cutlets are used in several different meals.

No, no. That is not to be eaten healthy-lol!! If I want healthy sausage I will either buy turkey sausage or chicken.

You said that your ziti is to die for. That, to me, indicates that it's "special".
