SUN: Meatloaf, corn on the cob, watermelon, asparagus

MON: Mexican stuffed chicken breasts, fried okra

TUES: Seared peppered tuna, potstickers, ponzu

WED: wowie maui chicken (one pot chicken and rice meal)

THURS: shrimp tacos with avocado mango salsa, ranch beans, guacamole, chips

FRI: out - wine date with dh

SAT: out - OSU football game

Oh, I thought you meant he ate the tuna himself that you were planning on serving to the whole family. That would be my kids.

coated both sides in cracked black pepper, seared to a nice medium rare in a hot pan with a bit of canola.   Served with a home-made ponzu sauce for dipping.  Very simple.

I know it's Wednesday, I'm working on getting back into a routine....

Sunday:  Pork tenderloins, green beans and brown rice

Monday:  Left over pork tenderloin (I grilled 4 on Sunday, two different marinades) home made mac and cheese, broccoli

Tuesday:  Chicken breasts, garlic and basil gnocchi and edamame

Wednesday:  Chicken and dumplings

Thursday:  Grilled marinated flank steak, roasted potatoes and zucchini

Friday:  Idk

Saturday:  Out

Here is my meal plan for the next three weeks: Send husband to Europe. Buy a lot of fruit and Lean Cuisine frozen meals. Eat them whenever and wherever I feel like it. 3 nights in, it's working great. Best meal plan ever.
