Meal plan for the week of December 1:

SUN: cheeseburger sliders, sweet potato fries, broccoli

MON: dirty rice, turkey smoked sausage, pineapple

TUES: pork chops with bourbon peach sauce, couscous, salad

WED: ratatouille, pasta, turkey italian sausage

THURS: tomato soup, grilled cheese

FRI: shrimp fried rice with edamame, seared tuna

SAT: mexican seafood chowder, garlic bread

I got that impression too.  I'm making a tofu spinach lasagna as we speak!  But we have a lot of treats left over from Thanksgiving and I'll be the first to admit that.  (Actually kind of glad for school/work today as some of the treats have somehow accidentally gotten thrown in the trash. Wink)

I know because my hubby is bigger than me and while he eats healthy, he still eats more than me and will until he losses weight. I doubt he could ever eat a little as I can and he could never eat that amount that Rolls says she does everyday. He would be starving. I am thinking her hubby is around the size of mine.

"That's what I thought as I can't see a big man only eating the little portions and type of food you speak of that you eat." ------- We do not eat small portions. He doesn't and I don't. We do eat the same type of food, but he also eats fruit and yogurt. I work out more than he does. That is the biggest difference.

There is no starch in the meals you just provided above. How can he be big with eating fish, fruits and vegetables all the time?

Roll has often mentioned pasta and breads in her meals.

I thought that was said earlier.  The Meal Plan threads are always fun to read but, in my case, can be subject to change if I change the menu at the last minute, I happen to pass by my favorite foodie store, or the mood strikes me to get the children in the car for a dinner out.  I'm a good cook, but I only plan about 3 days ahead, shopping on a whim as needed.  Sometimes it's nice to be unemployed. ;)

I was only speaking about the meals above. I don't know everything she eats, everyday so I can only go by what she has mentioned. She has mentioned things in the past and they were mostly fruits and vegetables.

True and we all don't honestly know what people really eat.

My weekly menu is always subject to change.  But my family's life works best when we have a plan.  Sometimes we switch the days around. Sometimes we have to nix the planned meal and go out. All sorts of things can make it change.  But, by having a plan, I always have the ingredients on hand to make a more-than-decent meal, and I rarely get home at the end of the workday and say "hmmm, what's for dinner?" or "Oh gee, all the proteins are frozen."
