Meal plan for the week of June 2:
Sun, 06-02-2013 - 10:56am

SUN - Grilled pork loin, grilled veggies (asparagus, mushroom, onion), rice or garlic bread

MON - two potato and beet hash with poached eggs

TUES - out

WED - chicken, mustard greens and gruyere quesadillas; ranch style beans

THURS - Breakfast: ham, hashbrowns, eggs, fruit

FRI - Cube steak with lime mojo, green chile mashed potatoes

SAT - Pasta with beet greens and raisins, turkey italian sausage

Last night hubby and I went out to dinner for our anniversary (easier to go out on the weekend), dd had dinner with a friend and ds went to a pool party and ate there.

Sunday-Chicken cutlet parmigiana, spaghetti with meat sauce

Monday-I am volunteering at my companies golf outing so the family is on their own, they will probably have leftovers

rest of the week will be chicken, steak, hamburgers, hot dogs, cheddar wurst, pasta

Last night ~ pizza for the kids, dh and I had turkey burgers.

Tonight, Wed or Thurs ~ turkey chili with beans and I have to cook a whole chicken before it goes bad.  So, I'll see how much time I have.

Fri, Sat ~ chicken breasts and dogs on the bbq, hopefully fresh corn on the cob
