Meal plan for the week of March 3:

Sun: Roast chicken, baked sweet potatoes, veggie

Mon: Tortellini soup

Tues: Office happy hour for me, chili dogs for dh and the kids

Wed: Stuffed chicken breasts with pepperoni marinara sauce over wacky mac, mushroom

Thurs: Chicken with sage and peas, couscous

Fri: out for Thai food with dh (anniversary celebration), pasta with jarred (!) sauce for the kids

Sat: homemade pizza with italian sausage, pepperoni, red onion and jalepeno, salad

It really is easy and, I think, a very nice way to eat cauliflower. I eat it as a meal by itself, but you could obviously serve some meat or fish with it.

Pizza with fresh cut veggies
Chuck Roast with potatoes, carrots and probably a salad
Tacos
spaghetti with salad and bread
Chicken breasts with rice and brocolli
Hallibut steaks and some mixed veggies
daughter will probably fix something with ground beef

So, last night was rotisserie chicken for the fam--DH picked it up at the grocery store. I've been laid up w/strep. We're 3 for 4 right now, DH is the only one who escaped unscathed. I think he made asparagus to go w/it, but DD ended up eating pretzels and hummus in my room. 

No idea for the rest of the week...I wonder if there is any of that chicken left over...

On Wednesdays we wear pink.

Let's see....

Sunday:  Pork chops, mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes and green beans.  

Monday:  Roast chicken (dry brined for 24 hours), potatoes and broccoli

Tuesday:  Meatballs, sauce and pasta.  Salad

Wednesday:  Sports banquet, no clue what they are serving.

Thursday:  Orange Chicken, brown rice with green peppers and carrots.

Friday, Saturday:  I don't know.

Hey you! Long time no talk! I can't believe how late Easter is this year. Someone said since its on Cinco de Mayo this year we should have tacos. lol
