1. What did the kiddo's get in their Easter Baskets this year (if applicable)?

2. What color nailpolish do you have on your nails and toenails?

3. If you wear jewelry, do you buy more earrings, necklaces, rings or bracelets?

The gym is very crowded at that hour here but DH gets his workouts in very early like that. The best time for me is b/w 8:30 and 10 after the kids are off to school, more equipment is free and there are some really great classes b/w those hours. The after school hour is great too, The whole Y is pretty much open and the after school kids just start coming in but that's downstairs.

Lol, Funny the directions your thread has gone springfever!

I really like to take an 8 am MWF class at the gym, but you have to get there by 7:45 to get a spot. I have to drop the kid off at school by 7:20 to get to the gym by 7:45, and the kid is not always cooperative, since he doesn't actually have to be at school until 7:50. So I am often grumpy in the morning. There is a class at 9, but it's a shorter, "Quick Start" class, so if I take that one, I have to run on the treadmill for half an hour. I am not fond of the treadmill.

Makeup seems to be a trial and error thing as there was many things that I tried that just did not feel natural and "comfortable".

I am glad you found something that works for you. I found something that works for me, too. Nothing.

I've got shower/dress/make up/hair down to 30 minutes, too. And that includes the time it takes to defog the mirror with the hair dryer :) In fact, I think it takes longer to defog the mirror than it does to dry my hair now that it's short. Which I love :)

I don't notice much of a difference between my hair short and long, maybe only about 5 mins dry time. Seeing pictures of myself from years ago, I am truly convinced I won't ever go back lol

I call it the DREADmill. There is a new weightlifting class (taught by my personal trainer) that I'd love to do, but it meets at 10am on Tues and Thurs. And I have this thing called a job. Darnit. I do the early morning shift; dh does the after-work shift. It has worked pretty well for us.

I'm more creeped out by my natural face than I am makeup, lol.

I put on moisturizer every day (that's a "new" development, with age), and tinted lip balm. I wear makeup two or three times a week (eye shadow, liner & mascara & lip liner). I've also noticed that with age, if I wear any eye makeup, I have to wear it all, or my face looks hallow.

They say when your hair grows back after chemo it can be completely different from before so her sisters are teasing her that she will have curly dark hair instead of straight light hair.

It definitely does do that sometimes! My mom's hair was white blonde and stick straight before her first chemo. It came back darker and wavy. Her last chemo was week before last, so I'm curious to see what happens this time around. And my friend's mother had a similar experience. She's an African American lady whose hair came back white, straight and fine.

Hey! That's what I found that works for me, too! Smile
