1. What did the kiddo's get in their Easter Baskets this year (if applicable)?

2. What color nailpolish do you have on your nails and toenails?

3. If you wear jewelry, do you buy more earrings, necklaces, rings or bracelets?

Both kiddos got my hair, esp. DD. Which is good b/c I know how to deal with it. If she'd gotten my nieces' curls, I'd be totally out of my league.

Sav--I'm with you on makeup. Although I don't wear makeup to the gym and I usually go to the gym right after I drop the kids off in the morning. So I do leave the house w/o makeup now. Actually, I usually sleep in my gym clothes and just roll out of bed in the morning, throw a headband on and go. I shower/get ready after the gym. I can do the whole shebang in 30 minutes if I have to, but I prefer 45 so I can shave and not rush. I always wear tinted moisturizer, blush & powder, eyeliner & mascara. Most of the time I do eyeshadow, too. Skipped it today though.

On Wednesdays we wear pink.

I have noticed lately that my hair seems to be a lot like my grandmother's these days.  I hope it stays that way...she's 94 and just started getting gray hair!

I am glad you found something that works for you. I found something that works for me, too. Nothing.

Hey! That's what I found that works for me, too!  Smile

They say when your hair grows back after chemo it can be completely different from before so her sisters are teasing her that she will have curly dark hair instead of straight light hair.

It definitely does do that sometimes!  My mom's hair was white blonde and stick straight before her first chemo.  It came back darker and wavy.  Her last chemo was week before last, so I'm curious to see what happens this time around.  And my friend's mother had a similar experience.  She's an African American lady whose hair came back white, straight and fine.

I put on moisturizer every day (that's a "new" development, with age), and tinted lip balm. I wear makeup two or three times a week (eye shadow, liner & mascara & lip liner). I've also noticed that with age, if I wear any eye makeup, I have to wear it all, or my face looks hallow.

I'm more creeped out by my natural face than I am makeup, lol.

I call it the DREADmill. There is a new weightlifting class (taught by my personal trainer) that I'd love to do, but it meets at 10am on Tues and Thurs. And I have this thing called a job. Darnit. I do the early morning shift; dh does the after-work shift. It has worked pretty well for us.

I don't notice much of a difference between my hair short and long, maybe only about 5 mins dry time. Seeing pictures of myself from years ago, I am truly convinced I won't ever go back lol

I've got shower/dress/make up/hair down to 30 minutes, too. And that includes the time it takes to defog the mirror with the hair dryer :)  In fact, I think it takes longer to defog the mirror than it does to dry my hair now that it's short.  Which I love :)
