1. Will you be shopping on Black Friday or Cyber Monday?

2. "5 months of bills...." as the song says. Do you have a budget for the holidays or do you have "5 months of bills..."?

3. What is one food that most people make for Thanksgiving that you do not like?

4. Do you dress up for Thanksgiving?

And some people enjoy that, at any age. I don't think it is something a person NEEDS to know how to do before they leave home though-lol!!

Well okay then. I don't think it's something a person NEEDS to know how to do before they leave home either.

Because he's a more than halfway intelligent man ... underwear, socks, tshirts, jeans, pajamas, etc don't get hung. Dress shirts, dresses, etc get hung.

It isn't wrong. But we don't hang them. And dh knows that. (well, he hangs HIS ... the kids and I don't)

So I am not "halfway intelligent" because I hang up my t-shirts and jeans?

There has been an implication in this thread that children cooking/baking or taking on responsibilities at a young age are being forced to do it. My point is, as one of the people who said I was baking at a young age, it's not like my parents came in and told me to do it, or assigned it to me as a chore. I wanted to bake. I was more interested in baking than Barbies, by far. On one hand, people act like it would be awful to deny a child her interests if her interests are typical for her age, but it is responsible parenting to deny a child her interests if they are not childish interests.

Ok, I do the same. Put them in the basket, or carry them upstairs if the load is not too big. Then I take them out one by one and put them in piles. Then they either go in drawers or hung up in the closet.

Oh, ok. I would have just gotten a recommendation for a better service. I think if I got used to a house cleaning service, I surely would not cancel them-lol!!

Wow. My dh never says he won't do something-lol!! Of course there are things that each of us never do as the other one does it but we never have said we wouldn't do it.
