1. Will you be shopping on Black Friday or Cyber Monday?

2. "5 months of bills...." as the song says. Do you have a budget for the holidays or do you have "5 months of bills..."?

3. What is one food that most people make for Thanksgiving that you do not like?

4. Do you dress up for Thanksgiving?

i'm sorry for your experience..but to counter your opinion, my mom did everything for us, we never starved and we were never without clean clothes.

TA that moms need to take care of themselves BUT I do believe children still need their mothers and just because a mother can and will teach them the skills to leave the house earlier than others, does not mean that ALL her needs come first.

Starves??-lol!! My children eat enough that they won't starve. I can't eat as soon as I get up either. During the week I get up at 6am and I don't eat until 8:15. I sometimes don't eat until at get to work at 9am.

And it was fantastic training for helping me time manage food prep/cooking/coordination of various elements to come to the table together as an adult.

lol!!! I figured out how to do that when I moved out with no problem. Never needed to make dinner as a teenager to do that-lol!
