1. Will you be shopping on Black Friday or Cyber Monday?

2. "5 months of bills...." as the song says. Do you have a budget for the holidays or do you have "5 months of bills..."?

3. What is one food that most people make for Thanksgiving that you do not like?

4. Do you dress up for Thanksgiving?

Ugh! Children's music. You reminded me of that horror. I had friends who would play that stuff to their kids all the time. I never could understand what the point was.

My kids LOVE audio books. They often listen to them when in the car on long trips. Like me, they can't read in the car, it upsets their stomachs.

Dd likes opera, too...ds will tolerate it....bettter than dd's country, lol.

What song is that?

Fortunately, most of these kinds of lyrics go over the head of my little ones.

I can't stand music in the car, unless I'm alone...even then, sometimes I just like to relish the silence, lol. The three older kids have their mp4 players, the little ones use ear buds with the cd player. Dh and I visit.

We just got back from a roadtrip and the boys all took turns playing their CDs for us. My 14 Yr old is discovering Bob Marley. The older one likes mellow relaxing stuff like the aforemetioned Jack Johnson although he right now also fascinated with the full range of the human voice and so he played some stuff by a famous Russian cantor and a CD by a guy named George Younce. DH has discovered the theorbo.

When my older kids were little, we listened to it in the car...then I had more kids, and can't stand music in the car anymore, lol.
